3. What data do we collect and for what purpose?

The scope and purpose of data collection depends on the scope of your activity on our website.

a. Placing an order on the Website

If you have placed an order on the Website, your personal data is processed in order to handle the order placed.

Providing data marked as mandatory is necessary to perform the order and failure to provide them results in the lack of acceptance of the order. Providing other data is optional.

Personal data is processed:

  • in order to execute the order (including handling of possible complaints) – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract, while in the scope of data provided optionally, the legal basis for processing is your consent;
  • in order to fulfill the statutory obligations incumbent on the controller, resulting in particular from tax and accounting regulations, consisting m.in in the need to issue a bill for the sale of goods and its archiving – the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation;
  • in order to possibly establish, investigate or defend against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest consisting in the protection of our rights;
  • for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest, consisting in conducting analyzes of users’ activity on the Website, as well as their shopping preferences, in order to improve the functionalities used;

b. Creating an account on the Website

Creating an account on the Website, you are asked to provide the necessary data to create and operate the account, i.e. e-mail address and password.

Providing data marked as mandatory is necessary to set up an account and failure to provide them results in the inability to set up an account on the Website.

Personal data is processed:

  • in order to provide services related to maintaining and servicing an account on the Website – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract, while in the scope of data provided optionally – the legal basis for processing is consent;
  • in order to possibly establish, investigate or defend against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest consisting in the protection of our rights;

c. Newsletter

If you have given your consent, we will send you newsletters, i.e. commercial information about the products or services we offer. Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary to send the newsletter. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest in connection with the consent given.

d. Contact form

In the event that you contact us via the contact form, you are asked to provide identification data, i.e. name, surname and e-mail address. You may be asked to provide additional data only if it is necessary to handle the case to which the contact relates. The legal basis in this case is our legitimate interest consisting in the need to respond to your inquiry.

e. Data of social media profiles users

Our Facebook and Instagram profiles are public. If you visit our profiles and interact with us, you share your personal information with us (e.g., account name, comments, likes, online IDs, and the IP address of the device you use).

This data is processed in order to: (i) enable us to effectively maintain our profile on a given website or application in connection with our promotion of various types of events, services and products and (ii) to communicate with users. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest, consisting in promoting our brand, improving the quality of services provided by us as well as ongoing communication with fanpage users.

f. Competition’s participants

If you take part in a competition organized by us, e.g. on Instagram or Facebook, we process your data provided in a private message or nickname from social media.

Personal data is processed:

  • in order to conduct a competition, select a winner and send prizes – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract;
  • in order to fulfill the statutory obligations incumbent on the controller, resulting in particular from tax and accounting regulations – the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation;
  • in order to possibly establish, investigate or defend against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest consisting in the protection of our rights;
  • in order to consider a possible complaint – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract;

4. How long we use your personal data for?

The period of data processing depends on the legal basis and the purpose of the processing. As a rule, the data is processed:

  • until an objection is lodged;
  • for the duration of the provision of the service or the performance of the contract;
  • for the time resulting from applicable legal regulations – e.g. accounting data regarding the transaction are stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the year in which you made purchases on the website;

The period of data processing may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish, investigate or defend against possible claims, and after this period, only if and to the extent required by law.

5. What Rights do Customers have with respect to their Personal Data?

We guarantee the exercise of all data subjects’ rights, including the right to:

  • see the personal data we hold on you, including the right to obtain copies;;
  • have inaccurate information corrected;;
  • have us delete it;
  • restrict our use of it;
  • have us transfer or “port” a copy of it;
  • object to our use of it;;
  • complain to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data in Poland or to any other data protection authority, in particular in the EU’s member state of your habitual residence or place of work;;

6. With whom do we share the personal data you give us?

Personal data on the basis of relevant contracts are transferred to data processors on behalf of the Company in order to provide us with services, e.g. accountants or IT. Such processors shall only process data in accordance with our instructions, while maintaining their confidentiality and security. We have the right to control the way we process the data entrusted by us.

In other cases, personal data may be disclosed to authorized entities solely on the basis of provisions of law.

7. Transfer od data outside the EEA Area

To deliver our services to you, it is sometimes necessary for us to share your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), eg with our service providers located outside the EEA such as Microsoft Corporation, Google Inc. In those circumstances, we undertake an assessment of the level of protection in light of the circumstances surrounding the transfer. We will make sure that any transfers are limited to the minimum amount of personal information possible and will always take steps to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected. The transfer of data takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Social Media

The service uses plugins and other social tools provided by social networking sites such as Facebook and Instagram.


In connection with the use of the service that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the administrators of social networks (service providers). The content of the plug-in is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the website. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive information that your browser has displayed a website, even if you do not have a profile with a given service provider or are not logged in to it. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to the server of the respective service provider (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there.

If you have logged in to one of the social networking sites, this service provider will be able to directly assign the visit to the website to your profile on the respective social network. If you use a plug-in, e.g. the “Like” button, the corresponding information will also be transmitted directly to the server of the respective service provider and stored there. In addition, this information will be published on the respective social network and will appear to people added as your contacts.

The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this respect and the possibility of making settings to ensure the protection of your privacy are described in the privacy policy of individual service providers.

If you do not want social networking sites to assign data collected during your visit to the website directly to your profile on a given website, it is necessary to log out of this website before visiting the Website. It is also possible to completely prevent plug-ins from loading on the website by using appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g. blocking scripts.

9. Cookies Policy

The website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are placed on your devices (e.g. computers) via web browsers. These files allow you to store certain information on the device and then read it by the service that created these files. Cookies usually contain, in addition to the domain name of the website from which they originate, also the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.

Cookies are used by us for the purpose of:

  • adjusting the content of websites to your individual preferences and optimizing your use of websites (cookies allow, in particular, to recognize your device and display the website appropriately, so that it is best suited to individual needs);
  • maintaining a session on the website after logging in;

The Website does not store any information about the hardware configuration of the computer or programs installed on the computer.
